Isaku Mori has over 16 years of experience in the area of Japanese language education & International Relations. He has worked with various prestigious educational institutes & universities in the capacity of  Dean of the Japanese Department at Kokoro College(Nagasaki, Japan);Director of Japanese Department at  Osaka YMCA International College(Osaka, Japan);and Japanese language professor at Induk University (Seoul, Korea), where he was awarded “Best performed professor” for the year  2008, 2009, 2010, 2011.

He is a Member of the Nagasaki Breakthrough Initiative – A Japanese Government initiative to help local prefectural companies export their products and services overseas. He works with the Nagasaki International Student Support center and currently is also a member of Nagasaki Wesleyan University MBA project.
