Indo-Japan Technical Intern Training Program (TITP)

It is a matter of pride that Consortium partners SilverPeak Global and Silver Peak Japan are designated by the “National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)”, Government of India as a Sending Organisation (SO) under the “Indo-Japan Technical Intern Training Program (TITP)” from India from January 2020.
The initiative is spearheaded in Japan by “Japan International Training Cooperation Organization (JITCO)” and “Organization for Technical Intern Training (OTIT)”, The Minister of Justice and the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, Government of Japan.
SPG has a strong Japanese Trainers team comprising of Indian and Native Japanese Trainers. Our core career focus areas are Engineering Services, Nursing/ Caregiving and Hospitality Sectors.
What is TITP?
TITP is an internship and on-the-job training programme envisaged by the Japanese Government and christened as – the Indo-Japan Technical Intern Training Programme (TITP). This program is an outcome of a landmark agreement between the Indian and Japanese Government. Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India and the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan signed a Memorandum of Cooperation initiating the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) in India on 17th October 2017.
The initiative sends India’s skilled youth to Japan for a period of 3-5 years to get trained and interned with Japanese Organisations. After their tenure with the Japanese Organisation, the trained manpower will return to India with assured placement opportunities. SilverPeak Global Pvt. Ltd. is a consortium partner of Silver Peak Japan and are both empanelled sending organisations selected by the NSDC.
Eligible and competent youth, who are willing to upgrade their technical skills through the TITP program in Japan, would be selected and trained suitably in India by SilverPeak Global. SilverPeak Global acts as an intermediary with numerous Supervising Organizations for trained candidates who wish to undertake Technical Intern Training in Japan.
Services offered by SilverPeak Global to eligible candidates -
- Japanese (Nihongo) language training up to the level as desired by the Supervising Organization and the trade.
- SPG will impart to the candidates Japanese lifestyle, mannerism, social and professional etiquette training in order to impart the knowledge essential to work and live in Japan.
- SPG shall also impart the requisite domain training required based on the needs of the onboarding Japanese Organisation.
- TITP and Visa Documentation support.
- Support to Candidates placed in Japan through our offices in Tokyo and Nagasaki.
Who is eligible?
- Candidates should be between the age of 21 to 35 years
- Work Experience of 1 year (preferred) and / or as per employer’s requirement
- Basic domain knowledge & Skills
- Candidates will have to clear a Psychometric test & Career Counselling
