Vinay has a rich academic and industry experience for over 17 years in the field of strategic management and administration. He has engaged the role of Director Silverpeak Global India since 2016. Mr. Vinay has pursued his master’s in computer application from Bangalore University. His core competencies include strategic planning & decision making, organizational change management, financial management, business development, process management, new product development, policy-making & implementation.
Mr. Vinay has earlier worked with varied institutions & industries of repute such as Nitte Education Trust, Calibre, Fomax, Bangalore Management Academy. He is a resource person at UGC – Academic Staff Training College, Bangalore University. He handles refresher and orientation programs for faculty from across India. He is a visiting Professor at Bangalore University – MCA Department, teaching techno-managerial subjects. He is a Joint Coordinator of ISHO (International Students’ Hospitality Organization), a not-for-profit organization aiding foreign students studying in Bangalore and Mysore.
