ABOUT SilverPeak Global

SilverPeak Global is headquartered in Japan and has operations across 6 countries including – Japan, India, Nepal, Philippines, South Korea and Uzbekistan. SilverPeak Global has been on the forefront of sending skilled Indian professionals to Japan to cater to its ever-growing man-power requirement. Over 450 candidates have been trained over the past 3 odd years on the Japanese Language and the numbers are increasing by the day.

SilverPeak Global is empanelled as a Sending Organization (SO) with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) of Government of India, for supporting the Technical Internship Training Program (TITP) which is an exclusive platform for training Indian candidates who seek a rewarding career in Japan.

The initiative is spearheaded by Japan International Training Cooperation Organization (JITCO) and Organization for Technical Intern Training (OTIT), The Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Government of Japan. Under the TITP Initiatives, SPG proposes to send Engineering Diploma Candidates, Hospitality Candidates and Caregivers to Japan.

A brief about SilverPeak Global -

  • SilverPeak Global is empanelled as a Sending Organization (SO) with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Government of India.
  • SPG is associated with many reputed colleges and Universities from across India for selection of Engineering Candidates. All candidates are chosen after a stringent test and Interview conducted by SPG and the Recruiting Organisations from Japan.
  • Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) has issued a Circular to all Engineering Colleges under its ambit to recruit candidates for career options in Japan.
  • SPG has signed an MoU with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (APJAKTU) to promote career opportunities in Japan at its 756 affiliated colleges.
  • SPG has an MoU with the Karnataka State Nursing Council (KSNC) for recruiting Nurses to pursue a career in Caregiving in Japan.
  • SPG has initiated and executed projects with the Government of Mizoram in sending Caregivers to Japan.
  • SPG is proud member of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
  • SPG is registered under “startupindia” and the “Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME)” as a service provider.
